Randy Wilson is Chief Executive Officer of NEI Global Relocation (NEI), one of the most highly respected relocation and assignment management companies in the industry. As a founding member of NEI, along with Kate Dodge, Randy provides strategic direction for NEI’s senior management team, its extraordinary culture, and the company’s strong operational infrastructure. Ultimately, she is responsible for the overall management and growth of the organization, which achieved a First Tier Diversity Spend of 703 million dollars last year.
Randy attended the University of Nebraska, is a licensed real estate broker, and is a member of the Worldwide ERC®, where she earned its CRP designation. In recognition for her contributions to the advancement of the relocation industry, Randy was presented with the council’s Meritorious Service Award and its coveted President’s Award. She has also served as a member of the Worldwide ERC® U.S. Advisory Council and Certification Review Board. In 2014, Randy received a Silver Stevie® Award for Executive of the Year in The Stevie® Awards for Women in Business, an international competition. That same year, NEI receive six additional awards, including a Grand Stevie.
With over 30 years of global relocation experience, Randy’s vision for managed growth to ensure that service continues to exceed customer expectations has consistently expanded the company from two employees in 1985 to a global entity with more than 400 employees in the United States, Switzerland and Singapore.
